I'm having similar issues on my iPhone 6 iOs 9.2. I'm getting the memory exceeded error and my phone will randomly restart itself (usually happens during the morning). Don't suppose there's any word from Apple about this yet?

Bring it to Apple for evaluation. It's under warranty.
Same issue here!
new Phone 6s 128GB turned off for no reason the last two nights.
In the morning you then have to push the power-on button for a long time to get it started.
:-(
I have the same problem. Missed my alarm this morning. I'm going to request a replacement.
Unfortunately I have same problem with iPhone 6s Plus today morning I missed alarm… Need to restart iphone using home + power button...
I've had this same issue, at least twice with my 6s plus, running 9.1 public beta.
Same issue here on 6S+, only happened once. my alarm went off in the AM, I tapped snooze and then the phone was unresponsive and I couldn't get it to come back, thankfully I didn't oversleep but I was surprised when no second alarm didn't sound... Even holding down buttons didn't work for a bit. eventually it came back up after third attempt to hold down both buttons for 10 seconds. I'll note I'm running latest 9.1 public Beta 2
Same issue here iPhone 6S 64GB. I've had my phone since Friday and it has powered off/refused to come out of sleep at least once a day since. I set mine up from scratch so I at least know its not a problem stemming from an iCloud backup. I contacted Apple and they are sending me to my local Apple Store to have it examined/replaced.
Likewise, mine refused to come back to life for quite a while, eventually it booted up.
Spoke with Apple support earlier today, they asked me to perform Settings>General>Reset all settings, I've done that and I'll monitor it. If it reoccurs, the next step will be to restore it from iTunes with the latest version of iOS 9.0.1.
Cheers
I think this i software related bug, but from my research is still present in iOS 9.1 Beta 2, so changing the phone will not help...
If this happens just press HOME + POWER for few seconds together and phone will restart, because its hanged not powered off 🙂
I restore today to 9.0.1 in DFU, without restore from iCloud or iTunes so will let You know.
I am having the same issue. It happened twice on my 6S+. Running 9.1 Beta 2.
I hope you are right, I really don't want to setup my phone again!
