Bad audio when using speaker in video call messenger facebook

when im in a video call in messenger facebook and im using the speaker the audio is terrible but if i change for my mom iPhone 5s which is running the same iOS (9.0.1) and i try to make that call with the same parameters there is not bad audio or if i call through Facetime from my iphone 6s the same thing no bad audi, only with my iphone 6s and using facebook messenger video call and speaker

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.1

It sounds like there's a sound quality issue that's only occurring with the Facebook app on your iPhone 6s. If you haven't already, take a look at the article linked below and try running through the troubleshooting tips that it provides.
