My friend has new apple watch and moving from pebble he is really annoyed by not having any notification/alarm when watch loosing connection with his iPhone 6plus.
Any solution/app or future update that can help him with that?

The behaviour you have described is not currently a feature of watchOS.

My Pebble used to drop the BT connection multiple times a day so the alarm made sense. I've never lost the BT connection with my iPhone. So, unless you're the sort of person who leaves their phone around, it's not nearly as necessary
Thank you for taking time to respond to my question, but I wouldn't ask this if it wasn't important to my friend. I am currently using pebble too and it is not dropping connection, unless I am too far.
Its not really disconnected when you're out of bluetooth range, it just switches to WiFi instead. As long as you're still on WiFi you're still fully connected.
