I just upgraded to ios9 and can not send sms messages. They are received and iMessage works fine.

afete upgrading to ios9 I am unable to sneak sums messages. There is no error reported the messages are never received. I can receive SMS messages and iMessage works fine.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1

SMS is a carrier function. I suggest that you contact your carrier and have them reset the SMS provisioning on your device.
