Sep 30, 2015 12:09 AM in response to laresd8by King_Penguin,What do you mean by 'locked out' ? If your password isn't been accepted then try resetting it via http://iforgot.apple.com
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on them and then logging back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them

If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
