iCloud will not let me see my account information. Pop up says account details unavailable.

You need to be on a WIFI network in order to connect to iCloud, or enable the data for the sitting in the cellular sitting ( sitting>cellular and then enable sitting ) This should fix the problem because it did it for me, hope it works for you.

Did you try signing on to your iCloud account on a computer @iCloud.com, then clicking on the "Get Verification Code" on your phone? It should send a verification code to the iCloud.com site, which you would then key into a 4-digit window on the iPhone.

problem solved.

go to:

settings > cellular > settings and see that the settings tab is turned on and the verification code popup no longer happens ! 🙂

somehow i'd turned mine off which is what caused the problem.

yes that was the problem.

somehow under cellular data the button for settings was turned off

turned it back on and viola! i was able to access my icloud acct without the need to turn on wifi and the nutty verification code screen no longer popped up ! 🙂

I am also having this issue with no solutions so far... Gah.

check under mobile data, incase you have disabled mobile data for settings, enable it and you should be able to sign in

This issue was also preventing me from being able to add a Yahoo or Gmail account to my mail. After I turned on cellular data for my settings it fixed that problem too.

Mine was the same way until I updated to iOS 9.2.1. Now I can access it without wifi.
