iPhone not answering phone calls with 6s

I Upgraded from a 5s to a 6s and now I am unable to answer calls on my Apple Watch. I unpaired it from the old phone and paired it with the new, and have tried deleting the pairing and reinstating. All the other watch functions work normally.
