Q: Switched iphones and not all music or tones transfered?
Just got the 6s+. I backed up the 5s and followed the instructions provided. Unfortunately my 6s+ got hung up in the activation process and now I am missing a lot of my music and all of my ring tones. Is there a quick solution or should I wait in line at my provider or closest Apple Store?
FYI, I am intimidated by the notification that pops up when I try anything that says it will restore the last 2 hours of work to factory settings. Yes, step by step instructions will be appreciated.
