iMovie not allowed on iOS 9.01? What?!

I just updated to IOS 9.01, the latest and greatest. Itunes told me that my app iMovie can't be updated becuase it requires a newer version of the iphone operating system?

Same with my Craftsy app.

Is 9.01 reporting itself as an older version of the os to the phone somehow? HELP!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1, just updated from 8.4.1
