very interested in purchasing a Gen 3 Apple TV. My only concern is with parental controls. Can specific apps (Youtube, DailyMotion...) be blocked?
The Parental controls on their Macs, iPads and iPhones are impressive. Just hope the TV continues with the trend.

Yes, just enabling restrictions turns on password protection for the main menu.
