Q: setting up my new Iphone6s half way through process slide bar locks as it says slide to upgrade. have turned off and restarted. no change

Purchased new iPhone 6s today. half way through setup and sync with iTunes. the slide bar frozen and reads. slide bar to upgrade. have turn off and restarted. no change
