Login with newly reset passwords not working. First login takes Apple ID, then takes me to second login page (this is new) and iCloud password not accepted.

Login with newly reset passwords not working. First login takes Apple ID, then takes me to second login page (this is new) and iCloud password not accepted. No idea why there is a new secondary login system. When I set up my Pro I don't think the iCloud was set up, is this causing the issue?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not able to use your Apple ID to sign in. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
