My ipod MC688LL is not being recognized by Itunes

I am using Windows 10, I uploaded songs to my ipod last week, after I updated Itunes recently my ipod no longer is recognized by itunes

iPhone 5, Other OS, Windows 8

That page is useless, this started to happen after I updated iTunes, however I do have a gen 5 nano and that does work with iTunes
