My wife can't export Keynote to PowerPoint or save anything to a memory stick without it saying that the memory stick is full (which it isn't) or there's an error. This is the case with sound files, images, word documents, etc. Any ideas?

Mac cannot WRITE to Windows New Technology File System (NTFS) drives, but Ex-FAT works fine and supports large files. FAT may have a Large-File-Size problem.
Windows machines do not recognize that there are ANY other file systems in the world, so Mac OS Extended format loses on the Windows end.
