Q: my iphone 4 does not backup

I received messages that my iphone 4 does not backup since the beginning of August. When I try to do it manually, it does not complete. I am about to buy a new phone and would like to have all data in my cloud before that.. What can I do? I do have enough storage space in my cloud.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

Hello Erlanma,

It sounds like you are unable to backup your phone to iCloud. I would recommend using the troubleshooting from the following article about troubleshooting that kind of an issue:
