Q: How to share my entire iCloud Photo library with family?

Through the Photos application, is there away I can give my family access to my entire iCloud Photo library without having to "select' and share photos with them?

I would like to have a default setting that allows my family to access any and all photos I take from my iPhone that are stored in my iCloud library.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 9.0.1

The only way to do that would be for all family members to be running Yosemite and Photos, sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID and enable the iCloud Photo Library in Photos.   Of course that would mean that all members would be getting the same email, Messages, etc., which I'm guessing is not what you want.

If you setup Family Sharing one can create a Family Album which all members can contribute to without having the same Apple ID.  More about this can be found in these Apple documents:
