Downloads on iPhone 4

Depending on where you purchased your ticket, you can look in Passbook if the Transavia supports Passbook. If it does not, then you will need to search within your email on your iPhone for that conformation of your boarding pass. How did you download it?

What format was it in? PDF?

Was it sent into Passbook/Wallet?

Did you use an App?

Traditionally downloads in Safari aren't stored anywhere unless you manually choose where to store them.

You need to explain exactly what you did when you "downloaded" this boarding pass.

So it just opened in Safari?

If so, then it wasn't stored anywhere. It was just displayed in Safari.

Its not anywhere on your iPhone.

For next time, try tapping once on the PDF on screen to bring up the "Open in" options at the top.

Then tap one of them to store the PDF in the pre-selected App, or to choose another one to store it in.

The other thing you can do - is when the digital boarding pass displays - take a screen photo - SouthWest actually includes a button on their digital boarding pass to do that - and store that picture and display it to TSA and while boarding.

As you know - you can take a screen shot by holding down the off/on button and quickly pressing the home button and there is a camera sound if your sounds are turned on
