New Default Synchronized vibration missing from iPhone 6s Plus

I note that on the iPhone 6s there is a new default vibration option for text tones in the Settings app. The new default vibration is called Synchronised and is shown at the top of the screen where you select the vibration.

On my iPhone 6s Plus I don't have this new option, I still see the same screen as older iPhone models get with Staccato having (Default) next to it. My friend who also has an iPhone 6s Plus does see this new default option.

How do I get this new option please?

It took a while, but I figured it out.

The "Synchronized" vibration does exactly what it's titled. It synchronizes with the tone you have selected. Which will obviously not work with "custom" or "arbitrary" tones. Select a default tone from the tone list, and then look for the vibration option again.

I had a custom tone set, so Synchronized was missing. But now that I changed back to one of the default options, it appeared again.

Same thing on mine. Silver iPhone 6s plus iOS 9.2 with no Synchrinozed alert vibrate. My wife has the gold iPhone 6s and it has the alert vibrate. I've restored the phone a few times because of other issues, but never saw that particular alert vibrate. I wonder if it's not included with the 6s plus, which seems silly, but I'd like to hear from other users with this issue.
