device is stuck on Slide to Upgrade

after connect to itunes it is asking for confirmation in the phone but the phone it is stuck on Slide to Upgrade

Follow the steps mentioned in this article:
If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support

You may have to connect in recovery mode to your computer to be abel to restore the firmware, explained in this article:
If you can't update or restore your iOS device
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
