I have downloaded albums and music into my iTunes on my Mac but, that music WILL NOT download into my iTunes of my phone. the box cloud/arrow icon that allows you to download into your phone is not shaded and dies not highlight when the cursor is over it. When I go into available downloads I see nothing. I never had this problem BEFORE. ANYONE ELSE SEEING THIS?

I understand you have downloaded albums and music to your Mac but those same songs won't download to your iPhone. That you mention the iCloud arrow icon implies that you are downloading the music from iCloud. Do you have iCloud Music Library enabled and/or Apple Music?
