I want to upgrade to ios9 with the data in my iPad sim without connecting to wifi. Is that possible?

I Am using iPad Model number MD522HN/A with 16 GB. The present version is 8.4.1.

I now want to upgrade my iPad to iOS 9. I want to do it with the data available in my SIM card. I have sufficient data for the download. But the system requires that I should connect to wifi for the download.

I want to know if it's possible to download with my data in th SIM card?

I understand that you want to update your iPad to iOS 9 using the cellular data feature. At this time, a Wi-Fi connection is required to update an iOS device wirelessly. You still have the option to update your device using iTunes via a computer if the over-the-air update option doesn't work for you.
