Sep 30, 2015 11:20 AM in response to reginafrommdby Jonathan UK,Try restarting - or, if that doesn't work, force restarting - both your iPhone and your Apple Watch. When restarting, turn both devices off, then restart your iPhone first:
- Restart iPhone: press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears; drag the slider to turn your iPhone off; when it has finished turning off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
- Restart watch: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag the slider to turn off; then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
- Force restart iPhone: press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
- Force restart watch: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Oct 1, 2015 1:07 AM in response to reginafrommdby Jonathan UK,Try unpairing and re-pairing your watch:
The Apple Watch app on your iPhone takes watch backups automatically, including a fresh one when unpairing. When setting it up again, choose to restore it from backup when offered the option. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards).
Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone - Apple Support
Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If that does not help, I suggest contacting Apple Support: https://www.apple.com/support/watch/contact/

Oct 6, 2015 6:03 AM in response to reginafrommdby reginafrommd,Thanks for your help Jonathan! However I did end up calling Apple support (thanks Joe) and I found out that my watch is working fine its just that some of the faces that don't have complications do not have the time travel feature and at the time I had been using the time lapse face.
