iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.0.1, null
Hi Berny822,
Do you have an iCloud or iTunes backup that you can use to restore your files from a previous iPhone to your new iPhone 6s? If not, you can download all or some of your purchaed apps to the iPhone this way:
Download past purchases from iTunes - Apple Support
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201272
Redownload an app
On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Take care,
I'm having the exact same problem ...
I have the same problem Berny822 with my 6+. I just installed the latest Beta build and the bug is still there.
Can anyone else confirm?
I have this problem with my iPhone 6 Plus, but not my iPad Air ...
Same exact problem on my iPhone 6S+. iTunes will not show the apps I have installed. If you have many of them, not being able to manage them into folders and such is a huge pain.
This is not an issue on: iPhone 6, iPad Air, etc. etc.
I've erased and restored multiple times.
Even uninstalled iTunes.
Nothing works.
If you're using the default wallpaper on your 6S+, that seems to be the problem. I can confirm that changing my wallpaper gave me access to re-configuring and viewing installed apps.
This does indeed work, but if you change back to the default wallpaper the issue reappears ... 😐
Solved for me too but if I change it back to the default wallpaper the problem persist
WOW, not sure how you found this, but thanks for taking the time to.
🙂
I have this problem with my iPhone 6 Plus, but not my iPad mini, iPod Touch...
Is a bug.
You're welcome! I can also confirm that the bug hasn't been fixed yet with any of the beta software I've downloaded and installed. But, as stated previously, any wallpaper other than the default and you can rearrange your apps within iTunes.
