after updated to ios9

why i can't change my country region without filling out the credit card? why there is a NONE option ?

I understand that you are unable to change the region that your iTunes account is associated with. There are a couple reasons on why the none payment option doesn't present itself when you are attempting to make this change. This article provides more information regarding this.


Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?
