the bubble color has changed from blue to green with IOS 9. can i change the color of the bubble?

No. The colors have special meaning.
Blue means its an iMessage, Green means it was sent as an SMS.
Also, I'll request this be moved to the iPhone forum since it has nothing at all to do with Yosemite.
