The "Edit" Button that enables me to Clear All calls in the Recents section of my phone app has disappeared? If I toggle between Missed/All it shows up again. So annoying!! Have an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9.0.2

Same here! I just did a restore but I don't think it helped. Hopefully Apple is working on this bug. I am on a iPhone 6 and using iOS 9.0.2 but the problem started when I upgraded to 9.

Once on the bugreporter page,

-- See if you need to attach a log file or log files, clicking on Show instructions for gathering logs. Scroll down to find the area or application that matches the problem.
