I Just updated my iPhone 6 plus to iOS 9.0.2, now my wifi doesn't connected. When I go to settings, wifi and connect it says it's connected but at the top of the screen where the wifi sign is supposed to be all I see is LTE, the wifi will not connect. What can I do to fix this issue?

I am also facing the same issue. It actually gets connected to WiFi but doesn't show it. I verified this by turning off my cellular data. Internet was still working and phone was connected to WiFi, but it wouldn't show the WiFi sign on top.
I started facing this problem after upgrading to iOS 9.0.2. I am using 6 Plus.
It's not with one Wifi or router. This happens with all Wifi I connect to.
Problem was fixed after Resetting the network settings.
i tried this method for older ios. i turned on the flight mode for few minutes and then i reconnected and my wifi problem was solved
I updated my phone to iOS 9.0.2 and now my wifi will not stay connected
