Yosemite Airplay only plays audio to Apple TV, video is blank.

I have an iMac 2011 with Yosemite and two updated Apple TV's.

The AirPlay icon shows in the Menubar.

I'm trying to mirror or extend the iMac to the Apple TV but only plays audio. Video is black.

Any suggestions?
