Ever since I upgraded to iOS 9, game apps that are connected to game center either don't load or are very slow (can take anywhere between two minutes to thirty, if not longer). What can I do about this? I tried the new 9.02 upgrade and I'm still having the same issues.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
I already tried resetting, it doesn't work. Upon googling, it seems everyone has an issue with game center with iOS 9. I guess all I can do now is just wait until apple fixes this since they quit signing 8.4.1.
I Completely agree with you, i am facing the same problem. Cannot get game centre to working,, more issue s are there too like i cannot uninstall app normally.
Same problem here, white screen when trying to login Game Center , lag or hang when deleting game
Based on other posts there may be a bug in iOS 9. If so waiting for an update is the only solution.
i have the same problem. reading all these replies have made no difference everyone had and update that was before iOS 9, of which supposedly fixed the problem, my device has iOS 9.3.1 and i recently wasn't able to go into the game center app or even in settings.
