Safari error popup that won't let me use safari. says I have a virus. How do i get rid of it?

A suspicious connectiong was trying to access your logins, banking details, & tracking your internet activity.


Then says to visit nearest windows service center, but I don't have windows obviously...


What is this?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

A scam. Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet and erase that site from the browser history.
