I forgot security question, but I go to manage Apple ID,Security , But I did'nt see the link reset security question

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

i forget security question, so when I log on my apple ID, Idid'n t see the link reset security question, see attachment for details

That doesn't change the answer. You need to contact Apple to get this resolved; nobody on these boards can reset your security questions or add a rescue email address, and therefore a reset link, to your Apple ID.
