Need help with Cinema Display connectors

I have a cinema display with 3 connections. USB, ADC, and 3rd for power. It is round. I have read in other postings it might connect to the back of a CPU. Is there a converter that will allow me to plug into a wall socket?

ADC (Apple Display Connector) includes video, USB, and power, and plugs directly into a computer's ADC port, but no recent computers have ADC ports.

If the display has a USB cable, it doesn't use ADC. It must be DVI. ADC has rounded ends with squeeze clips. DVI has thumb-screws.

The power connecter is flat with rounded ends. It doesn't plug into a computer, but needs a power supply. They are available, but not cheap.
