9.0.1 and 9.0.2 Updates Scrambled my Contacts

I just updated to 9.0.1 on my iPhone 6 and iPad Air.

After going to 9.0.1 my contacts in Contacts are all mixed up. All the names still seem to be there but many of the contacts have someone else's email, phone numbers from a different state, the wrong company they work at, etc. It's an absolute disaster. Going to 9.0.2 seems to have fixed some errors but there are still so many things wrong my Contacts are now virtually worthless. And on my MacBook Pro there are only 61 entries in Contacts now after syncing with the updated iOS devices, there are over 2000 entries in my contacts normally.

I want my money back big time. Is there a way to get an older version of my contacts?
