Error uploading but still get confirmation email. Now cannot access new ads in workbench

I have completed my Ad for iPhones using a blueprint containing a video. All items have been validated, including the videos in m4v format. I uploaded to sandbox and at the end of the upload I got an error saying Unable to decode server response after uploading.

I do however get an email saying the ad has been successfully uploaded and links to test it in iAds Tester

But when I create an ad in workbench, none of my new banners appear in the iAd producer listing.

Any ideas?
