using apple tv with xfinity wireless

I am trying to find a way to use my apple tv device with an xfinity wireless network. I have a home Comcast Internet account, the account allows me to access Internet connections as long as I can pick up a Comcast signal. I have a short term rental and can get online with out a problem, I have been unable to use my Apple TV and suggestions?
