May 27, 2016 10:54 AM in response to joe_7399by luws1,I'm having a similar problem. Upgraded to El Capitan yesterday and now on the apple website, I'm trying to arrange to send my apple watch in for service but when I pick my product and click the arrow for the next step I keep getting the error :
"Sorry, but the page you requested was not found.
Please try again in a few minutes or start over now."I followed the directions in the previous post about deleting the cache, but am still getting the error. The irony is not lost on me that my attempts to rectify a problem with one Apple product is getting thwarted by a second apple product. Extremely frustrated at this point.
