iPod nano won't synch with a Windows 10 computer
I am posting this solution as a separate thread, based on someone's suggestion.
I recently upgraded the OS of my Dell Windows machine to Windows 10. Initially, my iPod worked perfectly. Then, I got a notice to upgrade to the latest version of iTunes. After that, the ipod wouldn't sych. I did everything they told me to, including reinstalling iTunes, rebooting the computer, rebooting the iPod, etc. Here is what fixed it for me. Before reinstalling iTunes, I also needed to make sure all of the associated Apple programs were uninstalled, like Bonjour, Apple Software Update, etc. After I did this, this, the reinstalled iTunes worked like a champ, and they synced up. Thanks to Shalisa at Apple tech support for helping!! I wish Apple would put this advice in the Help section.
