Q: Subtitles

Hello to everyone,

I'm trying to add subtitles or closed captions on Compressor. My file is .itt and .scc but there are not display at all in the preview area.

Any idea ?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

try this from "Associate a closed-caption file with a source file" on this help page https://help.apple.com/compressor/mac/4.2/#/cpsr9a2e9329 and make sure to click the cc button https://help.apple.com/compressor/mac/4.2/#/cpsr836968b5

Thank you Emily.
I made all these (MPEG-2 format, synchronize closed captions) but they are still not appearing at all.

What are you playing them back with? Whatever it is, you have to turn on the closed captioning for playback in that app or device.

Thanks, I just want to see the subtitles in Preview area but they are not appear. I have selected the cc button however.
