What are the settings for an address on me.com? Mail hast just erased them and I cant send emails anymore with my dress in me.com or iCloud

You shouldn't need to set email up manually: just go to System Preferences>iCloud and uncheck 'Mail'; then re-check it. This should set up the Mail application with the account. Failing that, the correct server settings are listed in this Apple Help page:

After upgrading to El Capitan, all my me.com mail folders disappeared from my desktop Mail. They are in iCloud. How can I get them back onto the desktop?
