My Imac screen keeps going black and I have to push the on/off button twice to get it back on; then it comes back to where it was. Restarting the computer hasn't helped, nor has resetting by unplugging. Any solutions here? Thanks.

Reset the PRAM > About NVRAM and PRAM
If that doesn't help, reset the SMC > Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
If that doesn't work, make an appointment at a Genius Bar
If you can't get to an Apple Store, look for an authorized service provider > Apple - Find Locations
Unfortunately the screen had to be replaced 😟
