I have a Subscribed Calendar on my iOS 9 devise that I would like to remove but can't seem to find the way to do it.
Can anyone help?

This doesn't work for me in io9 on either the iPhone 6 nor the ipad Air 2. There's no "Delete" button at the bottom of the "Subscribed" calendar, in any mode.
I was able to delete my undelete-able calendar (it didn't have a Delete button) under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. It was listed there as an account.
This would seem to be the way to do it. Subscribed calendars don't have delete buttons like normal calendars, but can easily be deleted on the accounts screen.
Well that's strange, because mine still doesn't show up on the accounts screen as you mentioned. My subscribed calendar still cannot be deleted after all these years!
This does not work for me either. In iOS 9, there is no "Delete Calendar" button at the bottom of. This is issue is still relevant.

I found this on another post, and it worked for me:
Follow these steps to remove subscribed calendars:
Open “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad and tap on “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”.
Scroll to “Accounts” and look for “Subscribed Calendars” and tap on it.
If you have more than one subscribed calendar, select the one you want to remove and then tap on “Delete Account”
