Because I can't download el capitan from the apple store because i can't log in in.

Don't know how can I do to download el capitan and to put in on a hardriver ...

这是个很烦人的问题（确切说是EI的一个bug），系统面板/iCloud AppStore Xcode 全用不了，后来找到苹果的售后工程师Iris和售后高级工程师Samuel没有搞定问题, 我一度想重新装系统了, 后台想想备份太麻烦了, 找到甲骨文工程师Bob搞定了, 这里送上解决方案(rhl279的实践)

0. Create New Apple ID for 3 step use, 搞个新的AppleID第三部用到

1. Open SystemPreFerences / User&Group, 打开系统设置/用户&群

2. + , 添加一个帐户

3. NewAccount: Administrator ,填写FullName,AccountName,iCloudID, 帐户类型选管理员, 其他填完

4. CreateUser, 创建用户

5.  / LogOutXX... (click appleMenu then selelec Logout current Mac User, Shift + command + q), 退出系统帐户 快捷键Shift + command + q

6. Select New User That You just create , 选择你刚才创建的用户

7. Login with you apple ID Password (network), 用你的苹果帐号密码登陆，需要网络

8. If all done, back You Mac User, you will find it's OK, 回到你的帐号这样就可以了

I did it from there http://www.apple.com/fr/itunes/download/ it's the french site. No doubt that you'll find you're language in an easy way …

Yes this is the correct solution. Somehow, the Shared folder had gotten deleted. Creating that solved the issue

Thx! Just updating iTunes can solve the problem.

fwiw...my mac did not have iTunes installed and while trying to install using the App Store got this error. and installing itunes caused the error to go away!

unbelievable that i was forced to install iTunes to make App Store work!!

Incredible I spent 2 hours on the phone with apple support yesterday and they did not know how to fix this issue, downloaded itunes - reinstalled it and it worked like a charm. This is after I reinstalled the os, created a new user, manually copied all of my files and after all was said and one it still did not work. The itunes reinstall fixed it

I logged into iCloud online using a web browser, once i did this all my others starting working. iCloud in Preferences and the iTunes store.
