Latest podcast episode not on iTunes

Help! My podcast did not update on Monday of this week. I've already released 24 podcasts, and suddenly this one hasn't been added to the iTunes store. I use Libsyn, and the the episode works on my website's player.

The episode in question is EER 022. There are 24eps before it, but this is episode 22 because a few of them were 2-parters

Please advise. I've seen versions of this question here, but they're over a year old and a slightly different situation
