Is Bcc in Mail working?
I just used Bcc to send a news item to a mailing list.
All recipients addresses are visible in the To: line
This is pretty awful and not what I expect.
Is anyone else having the same experience please?
Mac mini, OS X 10.9.5

10.9.5 is Mavericks, not Mountain Lion. Are you having the trouble in Mavericks, Mountain Lion, or something else?
Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac
Oops. Mavericks then. 10.9.5 is correct.
Since asking this question I have updated to OS X El Capitain. Now using 10.11.1
The problem is the Apple Mail client. If I use webmail it doesn't happen. This means I don't have bcc functionality in Apple Mail. This is pretty awful. I can't really believe it, but if I put multiple email addresses in the bcc line, they are all visible in the to line on arrival.
Searching online I can see that other people have hit this problem, but I can't find anyone who has solved it.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
