I can't download/play any of my purchases

I have about 60Gb in Music purchased, but it does not show up on my iPod nor my iPad nor my iPhone.

Some of the music shows up in my Music on iTunes on my Macbook, but not on any of the other devises, but when I go to Purchased on iTunes store none of my purchases are there. I've paid for those songs, but can no longer download them.

I can also not download/play them on any of my devices.

A huge amount of money wasted and no support at all from Apple

I have the latest version of iTunes, all my devices have been updated recently and I have iCloud and iTunes match turned on.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1
