Q: 'No service' share in Safari when I downloaded El Capitan

I downloaded El Capitan this morning and now I can't share anything on Safari. Shows 'No service'.

    Hello ElviraB,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

If you're only seeing "No Service" in your share options right after installing El Capitan, then I'd like you to please go through the steps outlined below for troubleshooting.

Follow these steps in each user account on your Mac to restore Share button options and the Markup feature.

    1. Open the Terminal app. You can launch Terminal from the Other folder in Launchpad, or enter "Terminal" in Spotlight search.
    2. Copy and paste this command into the Terminal window:
      /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -seed
    3. Press Return and wait for the Terminal prompt (ends in $) to reappear. It may take a few minutes.
    4. Close the Terminal app.

If you have another user account on your Mac that has this issue, log into that account and repeat these steps.

If sharing options and Markup are missing after you install OS X Yosemite - Apple Support

    Take care.

Thanks alex_h1. This worked for me but I needed to restart my iMac for the change to take effect.

    Thanks again.

Hi there. I have the same problem and it did work for me. However, as soon as I reboot my MBP (mid 2012), I have the same problem staring at me again. Any fixes for this problem?
