Cannot connect to the Mac App Store after El Capitan upgrade

After updating to Mac OS X El Capitan I cannot connect to the App Store. I tried logging out and logging back in but get the error "UNTRUSTED_CERT_TITLE". Has anyone run into this issue and fixed it? Thanks!

Edit: I also want to add that I am getting cert errors when trying to login to various websites using Google Chrome.

Just an update on this issue - I have managed to resolve it. I went into Keychain Access and deleted all "Verisign" certificates under the "login" keychain. All is well now.

I had Norton Security installed when i was using Yosemite because of some Malware I picked up. I upgraded to El Capitan and everything seemed normal until I tr to connect t the App Store. Macbook Pro would not connect. All I got was a blan App Store screen with the little icon going round and round. Problem solved when I uninstalled Norton Security. I had to go to the Norton website and use their uninstall app. Everything works again now.
