Phone Call Iphone 6s

I can't make phone calls cant dial numbers because applicantion PHONE lagging and freezing when opening.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2, Stopped work before updating

Hi A_voris:

Is the Phone app the only application on the device that you're experiencing this "lagging and freezing" with? Have you tried double-clicking the home button and swiping up on the Phone application window until it disappears off the screen. This is the equivalent of closing out of an application completely and by doing so you will be able to re-open the phone app in a "fresh state." This can sometimes be a good method to try when single apps on an iOS device are experiencing isolated issues.

Yes I did it several time, i tried to restart my Iphone too but it's not work

If you're running iOS 9.0.2 and still experiencing this issue, you may benefit from backing up your iPhone, placing it into recovery mode, and then choosing to reinstall the iOS. As long as steps are performed correctly, this will ensure that your data stays intact on the iPhone and will just reinstall a fresh copy of iOS 9.0.2.
