iphoto sharing

Hello,

I had iPhoto sharing on my laptop, (where it automatically uploads your iPhone photos to a specific folder). Unfortunately, my laptop crashed, how do I download the same thing to my tablet? Is it by downloading iTunes?

I'm kind of new to the apple world!
