imessage stopped working on my iPhone 6 Plus and to acticate I'm asked to chose the country am in (UAE) but it's not listed

hhow can I use iMessage?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.0.2

Does your phone have data? Is your phone connected to WIFI? iMessage requires a data path, not a cell signal as is used for texting.
